In this online training course, you will learn how to recognise counterfeit euro banknotes and euro banknotes that are unfit for circulation. The training covers all euro banknotes currently in circulation, i.e. both the First series and the Europa series. The training consists of three parts, all of which must be completed. Afterwards, there is the option to take a test that includes questions covering all three parts of the training. To do this, it is necessary to be logged in to myDNB. After successfully completing the test, it is possible to apply for a certificate. An identity document is required for this. The certificate is mandatory for employees who offer cash-in-shop services and is valid for three years. The training and the certificate are free of charge.
